Agreed. The plan as outlined by the Chairman on Hotcopper appears to have no hope of being realised.

This company's strategy seems the worst of all possible worlds: resell other people's tech, grow via rollup of other low margin "tech" businesses because there appears to be zero organic growth, fund it through equity raisings that are dependent on an ever rising share price and finally steer said strategy via a Board with apparently zero market credibility and no senior executive leadership in place (still no CEO hired months after last guy was given the bullet - aren't changes like this supposed to be orchestrated with the next head honcho already lined up??)

Whats not to like!
