They have not really backed up anything they have said in announcements or presentations for the last 2/3 years. So why would they start all of sudden?

But they just did..!!... Met guidance.. improved production, quality, sales, pricing... improvements right across the board.. next qtr even better.
SYR metrics went backwards and it appears they have no idea on how to improve. Production is majority lowest value, below cost product.
BSM by contrast, now have production under control to the point where they are now focusing on other areas of the business.

You must be either blind or willfully ignorant..... that is all I can say.
