I think we can’t know the exact details until there is an announcement, it could go either way but I’m not aware of any announcement confirming this. Maybe it hasn’t been decided yet? Just from the wording and having been invested in both companies, I am leaning towards 100% ADN. Just because they’re business partners in the feedstock doesn’t mean they have to share profits in the end product.
It really could go either way, but I don’t believe adn is legally required to include MEP
