It is excellent news, because it does confirm that Northern star is definately interested in what PXX currently has . If shareholders do not wish to take up their entitlement then NST is happy to take them. Can't ask for more than that from a big 14 Billion Dollar Market Cap Company..
More confident than ever that PXX has a big brother in their corner who could very well help fund some of their projects going forward.
Takes a way a lot of the speculative nature of this company with a market cap of less than 25 million..
