If there is no other offer by the 20 Feb then NWE may be in a position where only a nominal number of shareholders accept the offer but all the Board members have committed to sell their shares to MIN.
Does the acceptance of 7.4 cents per share indicate that the Board are required to value NWE at today's current valuation with no allowance for future drills and seismic which may or may not be positive?
