They need access to the cash sooner rather than later for whatever reason? Further procedural delays (however unlikely) OR a delaying counter offer OVER $3.70 with a later execution date are real possibilities ?? Thinking about it, maybe/hopefully the latter if some blockbuster. Was this the basis for JP Morgan promoting the sale ?? SURELY, at the very least, JPM could not have marketed the shares if there was ANY chance/knowledge of the $3.70 offer falling over.

In the short term, for me, the key issue is if/how quickly the price moves back towards $3.70.
