I don't think someone is spending more than $200m to get the likely (but not certain) $3.65 (the takeover offer). That would be a very high risk strategy.

I think there is more to this, and I'm hoping for a left field offer well above the $3.70 bid offer by whoever bought the Minres parcel.

My thinking is totally biased on two fronts:
1. I'm a holder and I'm greedy.
2. I believe Andover will prove to be incredibly valuable in 5 years time and lots of smarties know this.
