    It seems that the draft transaction booklet is incomplete. The JV bidders have asked for and been granted a 21 day extension so as not to breach the legal requirement in s631 to make takeover offers to shareholders within 2 months of announcing the proposal.

    Potentially the lawyers had a week or two off over Christmas / New Year causing a slight delay?

    My CGT discount lands mid April so I am a fan of delayed timing.
