Definitely they would be watching.
Just prior to last year AGM ,a lot of shareholders banded together via HC , to oust Yao as chairman. The ploy failed ......just. Could we be seeing a third party making a hostile bid for that voting power . AGM not far away.
How many shares would they need ?
Certainly looks a play at gaining control . Hoping it will result in that acquisition we have been waiting years for while current management chewed through cash on hand.

As mystified as everyone. I sold , got my initial outlay back but hopped back in on close for curiosity sake.
