That's a great idea and I applaud you for it. However as long as individual shareholders write to the Company they may/may not reply. If disgruntled shareholders begin to unite and express discontent as a large group, we may see better results.
The reason so many companies pay such outrageous salaries to Director's is because no-one holds them to account. ASIC are useless bunch of toothless tigers - which company directors also know.
I'm sick of it so that's why I'm putting my letter out there to other shareholders to view.
