Yep but in my humble opinion Pezz its reduced risk for to co. and increased risk for me (and I think the 2 should be aligned). If we approve it, we have no power to influence a repeat of what happened this year. If the shorters knew that ultimately a further CR needed special SH approval they may have to initiate their own form of risk management and start covering!!!
