IMO, the Feldmans have failed the trust of shareholders.
All the proposed items are benefiting themselves at much further cost of vast shareholders.
Their proposed items also provide additional evidence documenting their lack of fiduciary duty.
Hopefully, the business reporter and investigators would make use of such evidence.
