Well I'm amazed at the 30M, I've yet to read the nitty gritty, but it seems very excessive.
173.5M share on issue, so they asking for options on 1/6 of the company do I understand that correctly????
6,978,705 options have been approved to date according to the release.
I can only hope the big guys vote AGAINST as I will I.
I'm going to vote early in the hope that they see this and withdraw the resolution.....
