I got a reply in under 24 hours (good).
The 30M is a "max number", to cover a range of scenarios (didn't specify) - growth, share price, how many ppl they need to attract.
Regarding the incentive package for the Managing Director, - it would will still be subject to shareholder approval - ie our vote.
I suppose they ask for a large number of share so they don't need to go back and ask us to allow us for more.....
