It doesn’t sit well with me, albeit a big chunk of it is retrospective.
They may just be giving themselves excessive flexibility, and actual issue will require justification, but still it’s crosses a red line for me. I have had them on watch for a few months, considering buying in on any really big dip, but will probably take them off my watch list if this is as it appears.
