Since I am coming home from a work trip in Paris, I am going to go through Perth and go to the AGM.
Dates work OK.
Anyone got any questions I should ask?
Main one is obviously "Why is performance based on share price and not achieving milestones??.
Next time they do a CR will they attach options for shareholders??
When promises made about dates for the HMW JORC and DFS keep on being delayed {thanks HOOPZ} do management really deserve more performance shares?
Many years ago I asked similar questions at the GXY AGM and the board except for Tony{he just smiled} looked dumbfounded that we would dare question them.
Sometimes I think Boards forget that WE own this company as well.
It may put their noses out of joint but I am willing to stand up and ask questioNS.
Others out there are better informed about GLN than me,what else should I ask??
