I am confused with the wording of the fourth voting question. It reads resolution not proposed by the board. Then in red “against “ before item 4 election of non board endorsed candidate. You can read that both ways, if you vote for, are you voting against that resolution of non board member. Or is the red against just the board’s voting stance.good luck John we are voting for you to succeed so don’t want to mess it up with misunderstanding on what we are voting for.
