    You're spot on. Use such opportunity to demonstrate board commitment and how SH is going to be created.
    Not just that the share price doesn't reflect the real value seen by the CEO. The market does....
    The BoD had their chance to put their own money into the CR and or well before.
    $17.5M market cap is what's on paper. The ratio to salaries and incentives is out of whack.
    Yet, getting a new CEO while the old one just hangs around. Is the CFO just asleep and afraid to raise concerns.
