    I agree with Chand - the latest list of resolutions is scandalous. Why do the senior managers need to be incentivized over and above the performance bonuses and pay they have already received. It is not as if shareholders - some of whom have been long-term - have been equally rewarded by a higher share price which continues to languish. I wouldn't mind if production was to rise ten-fold (which we're told they have the current capacity for) but this seems in the never never.

    The explanations for the resolutions do not spell out how the potential recipients propose to demonstrate their competence or achievements in growing the company and its profits. Nor do the resolutions put forward any arguments against the resolutions thereby preventing a balanced consideration of the issues.

    I recommend shareholders vote against the resolutions for additional remuneration to managements. Probably a symbolic measure but at least would amount to a protest vote. Whose with me???
