Once ADN have 90% of MEP shares the other 10% can be acquired under compulsory acquisition regs.
So the target is 451,205,233 which means we are at 43.9%. I would be happier if we were around 50% at this point.
But my query is what options do ADN have apart from extending the offer, if they fall short of 90%.
Is it possible to delist MEP if ADN hold over a certain number of shares??
