In the scheme of things it doesn't matter if ADN don't get to 90%. Administratively, it might be cleaner and easier to initiate a compulsory take over but for all intents and purposes ADN now has complete control of MEP. If I was the board I would not extend the offer any further. MEP can spin out Demetalica. MEP can be delisted from the ASX and can be either wound up or flipped off to be sold off to another party looking to list on the ASX down the track.
I'm waiting for my ADN shares to be issued.
