The current price on market is 3 cents.
Transcontinental group have purchased 12 million shares at 0.008c
This only raises about $96,000 - not much, and will only pay some wages.
I wonder what the capital raising will be priced at, maybe at 1 cent, thereby giving TRG a small discount for volume.
I wonder how many shares the directors will buy, and at what price?
The price may be held up by Helmsec prior to the raising.
Before this notice I thought they may try and get away with selling 100m at 1.5c for $1.5m raised (which would be an ok result).
It would mean that TRG got their shares for half price effectively, which is ok I suppose, because the company needs them in order to stay afloat.
Anyway, for all shareholders, I hope they are able to raise at least a million.
