Had they done the right thing the price would have been inflated and therefore either not put as many shares to get the cash or they could have cashed right up for the 2nd part of the plan........STUPID!!!! and these new people get the reward of cheaper sp shorter time invested and when she blowsthe reward.......Far out!!
Maybe instead of voting on renumeration we should be voting on a new board!
Y have they NOT promoted to the brokers?
we would have had money and sp action a long time ago?
