Guys, I owe an apology!
Rusty is right & I didnt read the fine print....the directors have to pay, the same as the others. The resolution was but a requirement to allow the directors to participate in the placement.......
So, sorry all, and I withdraw my tirade, except for on the following points:
1. Non-performance of directors except for Edd, who has been busting his ring...and no doubt Ken has been active too....
2. Shareholders should have been given the opportunity to participate....
3. "Ouch" at the dilution.....

After a very bad day, I arrived home, roared at the cat for the first time ever, went to the fridge for a beer...there was none....fired up the 'puter & read the ann (obviously not thoroughly enough), and blew a valve in my brain.....
The resolution heading of "approval to issue securities to directors" wrongly screamed "freebies" at me.....
Have now wiped egg off face, apologised to the cat, and said sorry to all others....
