    I'm Not Sure Why I'm Wasting Time on this......But if You Read the Announcement Properly,you'll see that HTC have a ' LIMITED' right to license and Distribute....NOT AN EXCLUSIVE RIGHT....and it's for Cryptokitties ONLY.....If HTC Can't do it,someone else will SIMPLE....The announcement was from the 12th of July.....you can Read the Word LIMITED for yourself
