    100%, at this time; sp off its $28 high, $4 down from last CR and a CR around the corner and likely to be done at sub $20, it smacks of self-interest and looks ugly.

    Link those tranches to the following; those forecasts WP made, (year plus ago), if the sp reflects this, and they truly have substance, then no problem.

    Too CRs done at significant higher levels, eg; next at $28 plus.

    Imo.
