Fair call apataki, those are legitimate concerns. I have given this some thought and my take is that we are a billion dollar company seeking to earn billion dollar revenues. If the budget and perf shares are what it takes to convert CPL's potential into reality then I guess Im comfortable with it.

I trust that management are doing the right thing for shareholders as they have in the past. Steyne (Highland park) are excluded from recieving perf shares. If theyre comfortable with the use of funds and perf share dilution then so am I....until Im given reason not to be.
