If GOT were to succeed they should put this project on the back-burner and focus the media on something else. Take the SSQ approach with the TO's and see what happens, accepting this project is most likely a gonner but it's worth one last shot.

IF there is a change of heart, all well and good, but all the eggs are in one basket at the moment. That's not attractive to interested investors looking on.
