No problem with not wanting dilution but have you got a realistic alternative for now, selling land is dilutive, a JV is dilutive,raising cash is dilutive and going broke is extremely dilutive.
That leaves Project of other finance arrangements and that is dilutive to income and can leave us exposed to debt to equity issues.
