I think it would be pretty safe to say that the raise will be dne at bargin prices so maximum dilution which would also leave us primed for a consolidation sometime in the near future after the raise. Would be nice to say that voting against this would achieve something but unless those guys who picked up stock in the last CR took a stand then where are effectively stranded.

God it pains me, but unless management drop some fat stacks of tantilising market updates, theres nothing here for average joe, we are just getting bent over the desk. And it would validate everything Chazwazla has told us a million times.
