all a bit of a shambles really and probably the first opportunity to get a proper understanding of the lack of understanding that the company has had about how it is meant to operate. Classic story of a founder outliving requirements and now the sweep out is underway…. Pretty underwhelming meeting… great to put some faces to names but ultimately not good enough in the slightest. I will be quite frank next time when HMD next meets, just not good enough however I do feel like Ron is amenable to change and is attempting to win back the value of his lost capital… good when the guy at the top hurts as well… maybe 12-18 more months of WTF… possibly things could get much better however the communication is appalling and currently on notice, outcomes that could be effective were advanced and I believe that improved communication is likely.
