I was told today that the staff have nicknames for the current directors. The chairman is called Ostrich because he puts his head in the sand so that he can't be found when a decision is needed, Red Face is known for his prodigious consumption of the juice of the red grape and inability to make much sense at any time and the MD is called holy because of the holes in his suit jackets and trousers.
Hilarious.
