Yeah my votes are also in - bit of a no-brainer to support this.
It's already an incredibly tightly held register, and in my opinion its going to get more so as the register churns, and future acquisitions are (hopefully) funded by the big players such as Richard White.
The way I read the documentation, there's nothing to stop the immediate conversion of this funding note to equity. April could be a very interesting month for the future growth of Vinyl Group.
