What I said was "As an over-riding principle I want all greedy self-serving directors who take actions to line their own pockets, at the expense of shareholders generally" I reckon that's a fair position to have!

My point all along has been that the Board has, until the Eagle Audio acquisition, done a great job; disciplined cash management with clear communication about the need for capital raisings. The capital raising action was in direct contrast to all previous communications on the subject.

I have made no comment about the actions of McLarty.
