Adding directors with 0 experience with mining companies and trying to get them to run a mine.
The mob wants the board gone because they believe the BOD are incompetent, yet Stoaty and Co can't even submit the doc properly the first time and second time around they can't even get it in quick enough to make the AGM.
if you want to talk about wasting time and money it's Stoaty and Co being a pain in the ass. The Cobalt prices probably would have jumped, we'd be mining, and all of us rich if he just let people do their job.
