In regards to them only being "interim" people/board yes lookup MZI. There are very angry holders over there on their forum.It looks like an "interim" ceo was put up on 500 grand a year , three months later it seems the company was in administration.
Is the inference to be drawn here that Mr Westdrop is responsible for the MZI demise, with 3 months to turn it around? The MZI share price actually went up after Mr Westdrop was appointed - clearly the market liked it at the time then shuttered. The company clearly had bigger fundamental issues that not even Mr Westdrop could change in a short amount of time with a limited budget.
Lets compare the pair. See any similarities with our current BOD and its current trajectory? Is history repeating? If we are going to google, lets revisit Minbus MNB. And view resources > coal > online gambling > cobalt > next project.
Just saying we shouldn't be throwing stones at proposed management when we are in a glass house ourselves.
Don't really follow the CDB reference, not sure how that is relevant?
