There is no dispute about poor management, but who are the people that Regal are putting up. If they are putting up people just to sell the company to their mates - thats not acceptable. Current management should be finding some talent to be involved and to be promoted at the AGM.
There should be quite a bit of talent around at the moment, apart from the Twitter crowd. There are a lot of sackings as the economy dives and continues to do so. There must be some talent out there.
