On the assumption that Snowy Hydro 2 goes online, how long does it take to spin up a turbine?
Would an an "additional 2,200 megawatts of dispatchable, on-demand generating capacity" be useful when solar farm or wind farm gets taken out? It should last a little while with approximately 350,000 megawatt hours of large-scale storage for the National Electricity Market.
