cessation of share are oftern said to be cancelled because terms and not met, and lots of folks i feel see the cessation and think they have gone away so less dilute, but it just mean those particualr portion of those share will not be listed anymore because they have been exercised in this case free .

not that the folks here will see them as just cancelled shares, many other threas misread these things. ..... some companies just end up reissuing more free share at next agm,or other prefomring rights, which oftne have very very low or none criteria to be met , ie making the moring tea or just clocking in for the day.,
im also disgruntle re trump as the world we not look to invest in anything or buy anything.
