Precisely my point that it seems the market always factors in some expectation of the estimate, and my concern is that anything within a reasonable range that McDaniels determines, could in fact disappoint those who are waiting for a resource that would push the price higher, and thus have the opposite affect and result in a lower price.
I'm happy to be surprised with the estimate but certainly don't hold out for an outrageous expectation at all.
All eyes should be on the drilling of the lower levels IMO.
