I highly doubt A1, A2 and A3 is a case of a fluke hit on a slither 20-100m wide by 1000m deep. Common sense tells my non-geological mind they have enough 2D to understand and this discovery is a huge upside down puddle with an interconnecting canyon of oil deep running E-W across the block. Every historic hole is oozing oil from Marti to Motembo.

It’s not a joke… MAY have CERTAINLY hit a ‘once in a career’ ‘globally significant’ super giant motherlode. It seems to me Block 9 is home to a string of super giant fields with 60B + barrels of the good gear in place.

Not to mention all the historic tar that ashfalted the New York City roads. I believe Errol believes this is the surface extension of unit 3.

I’ll take contingent resources until seismic and I dare say 2P+2C will suffice for the market. 3D is a luxury.

This JV will hopefully be flowing 20-25k bopd in 24 months easily, the pipeline construction will have commenced as will the APF. 30% of that is MAYs and 2C+2P net to MAY could be 1B bbl by September. Provided we beat any global macro disaster we should be valued at 83c+ by the end of the year with net production to MAY around 2-3k bopd combined off this pad and the next pad (hopefully the next we’ll is the one talked of testing the extension of Amistad Alameda and Marti about 10km to the south).

I’m desperate to hear news of the next pad and plans for A4. With any luck we could be producing from 1x upper sheet and 2x Marti by end 2024. Hopefully we are hanging onto this rig for the rest of the year..
