All the senior staff have been granted performance options as part of package - it would seem that target price set previously reasonable hurdles given Value at grant date - there is no reason to think this wouldn't be the same approach with the latest issue - AP isn't going to want to be too generous in diluting his shareholding.
May 2024 is the big milestone for the senior staff and AP and I would anticipate that all expect the share price will be well above the Target Price, so they can exercise the options and have enough to meet tax obligations
