To me the key issue is there’s no cash out to the share holders and the board is taking cash out of the company.
Its the lack of involvement in the shareholders voting on these performance rights in the first place.
I would want to see the performance rights as a percentage of dividends.
if your bitter it’s our fault for allowing the rorting.
