Hey GB, I’ve liked most of your posts up until yesterday. You’re an oily penny player and have been for years right? You of all people know the importance of securing good people that can get the job done? Now at arguably the most important period of the companies existence (re- entering marti shortly) you sell and then begin to bag out management? You’ve defended management numerous times in the past 6 months but now you bag them out and send emails?
I’ve got nothing against you mate, I just find it odd. Not sure if you’ve had a bad day or something else but very unlike you who’s been so supportive of the companies moves.
The guy was going to get performance shares regardless, why does it matter to you that it’s now? I see this as a great thing. He now has a stake in the company and he works there, moving us closer to the prize pool!
To those complaining that he got free shares, yea… he works at the company and holds an important role. We on the other hand, do not. So we just buy ourselves a piece of the company.
lets get on with the show and leave this rubbish out of it. He now has a good stake and plenty of opportunity- great incentive.
