If sp hit 19c many would be joining the fellows hitting the sell button - wouldn't you?
There should be no issuance of any performance shares, options or such like. Share prices may hit certain levels but never stay there - once these bonuses in whatever shape or form are issued share prices can dip well below any previous level. Bonuses though are already issued. If other holding fellows miss hitting the sell button then what bonuses do they get??
Pay a decent salary and forego all the extras - let any wishing for shares buy on market - like the rest of us. None deserve these extras - if due to performance sp goes up then that in itself is the extra reward that all holders can share in - since management get a decent salary, their faith in the company and themselves is shown by their shareholding - the more they hold, the more they can gain by their good performance as they too can join the fellows hitting buy/sell buttons.
Getting a company to prosper generally increases MC level - management's job is to manage and with a bit of luck and hard work it's something they should aspire to do - they get paid weekly - if sp retreats, where is your paycheck?
Still waiting for that 19c - I'd like to give current sp a bonus free kick up the ... surely many fellows would be willing to help. AIMO
