again it might be just retention rights, ie issue if someone stays for 3 or 5 years... lots of companies do it, and has nothing do to with actual KPI, although might be listed un performance right options,
i think it is agian very very unfair. to expect shareholder to allow free share to staff fro anytning as little has be achieved in 3 5 and 10 years,
