Sadly these were all issued at the 2020 AGM (see link) during COVID-19 around the Viraleze Nasal Spray / DEP Remdesivir hype so most on here voted yes despite objections from some of us at the time.... it is ironic to now see the ones who voted yes to this remuneration back in 2020 complain today .... good luck un-ringing that bell folks ... these are in the bank


You would think that perhaps JF & Co. would have ensured that a positive announcement (say) like the Viraleze after market study results would have been released at around the same time to 'distract' shareholders ... hehe ... apparently not - that seems too hard for this mob almost 7 weeks later from the closing of recruitment on 25 Sept
