Can someone with more knowledge than me explain what this announcement is saying??

It looks to me like ~7.7mil shares have been issued to staff and key management personnel as a result of Long Term KPI's being met?

I have listed the KPIs from the relevant report and I am confused as to how any of these KPI's have been met and subsequently been paid out?

Are they all patting each other on the back and throwing out performance rights solely based on the completion of the DEP Trial? Can't be because that happened outside of the timelines for these bonuses...... WTF is going on here?

Financial KPI's - 40%
- No progress has been made in this space, in fact they have lost commercial deals for Vivagel......
Business KPI's - 30%
- Vivagel revenue has dwindled
- Development of new DEP candidates?
- OK 1 Ph2 Trial has been completed
- No deals
TSR - 30%
- HAHAHA
