These KPI's are listed as being judged from when they were adopted back in 2020 up until June 30th 2023.
My question is regarding the shares issued to Justin Cahill. He commenced his employment with the company in early April 2023.
He was awarded the same amount of shares as Jeremy Paull and Tony Eglezos.
WHAT DID JUSTIN ACHIEVE IN THE 3 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT AS CFO TO JUSTIFY THIS BONUS?????
Looking at price sensitive announcements in this 3 month timeline there is nothing there to suggest that he achieved anything really.
It is bad enough the other two receive these bonuses for the past 3 years of continuous disaster, but to award a new employee that many shares after 3 months of employment when the company is close to all time lows beggars belief
