The gist of the reply l received is that the issue does relate to the period 1/7/23 to 30/6/26 despite the fact that the link they provided with the details/conditions clearly stated 1/7/2020 to 30/6/2023.

They went on to say that there was no provision on the asx provided document for them to explain this which sounded very odd to me.

Did the company response include the full document that should also detail exercise windows etc etc?

"A copy of the Plan rules is available on request from theCompany Secretary by calling (03) 8532 2700 or byemail to [email protected]."

If not you should ask for it as it should detail any special condition applied to any rights issued

Now 3 years is up after November and I right in thinking the current employee rights documet becomes invalid and they will have to issue another plan?
